INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS & IMPORT

International orders placed outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to custom charges / taxes. These charges are tariffs that are legislated by the country in which you are importing into and by law must be paid to customs. In the event of this happening, you will receive an invoice for customs and taxes from the courier or customs. These fees must be paid directly to the courier or customs in order for your consignment to be cleared and processed.

We do not cover or take responsibility for the cost of import fees currently. By ordering you acknowledge these terms and we cannot be held accountable for these fees. If you refuse a consignment, the goods will be destroyed. No refund or replacement will be issued.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, SHÈN Presents Clothing offers a full refund (excluding shipping) providing the products are returned within the 14-day period and meet the returns requirements.

Please be aware that SHÈN Presents Clothing will not take responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns be sent by recorded delivery.

If returning an item from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any custom charges.

SHÈN Presents Clothing is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the return was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.
