Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, Shèn Presents Clothing offers a full refund (excluding shipping) providing the products are returned within the 14-day period and meet the returns requirements.
Please be aware that Shèn Presents Clothing will not take responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns be sent by recorded delivery.
If returning an item from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any custom charges.
Shèn Presents Clothing is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

*Please note: all returns must be sent to the above address via Royal Mail only otherwise they won’t be accepted.
Refund Policy:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank to process the refund too.
